Mutton bunny chow. My rules, my way, my recipe. Yes, it's not traditional, but it sure was delicious! š

We're diving into the world of Mutton Curry with Vegetables. Oh, and did I mention there's a quirky twist or two?
Ingredients:
1kg mutton (because we're going BIG!)
2 onions (tears optional, but highly likely)
1 potato (to carb up for all that excitement)
1 cup frozen vegetables (because that's the only way to get my husband to eat them... shh, don't tell him)
3 tablespoons curry (spice up your life!)
1 tablespoon paprika (for that extra kick)
1 tablespoon turmeric (for the golden glow)
Directions:
Brown those mutton pieces until they're as golden as the sun on a summer day. No liquid escapes here, we're keeping it all in for maximum flavor!
Throw in those onions and let them get to know the mutton. Brown them too because why not?
Whoops, almost forgot the garlic! Chop in 2 cloves and let the aroma take over the kitchen.
Time to get spicy! Mix in the curry, paprika, and turmeric. Let them dance with the mutton and onions until they're the best of friends.
Need some veggies in your life? Chop up that potato and throw in a tomato for good measure. Then, add those sneaky frozen veggies (don't worry, we won't tell).
Pour in a cup of liquid gold (broth, anyone?) and let the party simmer for an hour. Stir occasionally to make sure everyone's mingling nicely.
Bread (because what's curry without some carbs?):
Cut your loaf of bread in half and hollow out the middle. We're making room for all that delicious curry!
Slice up that middle part and butter it up. We're getting fancy here!
Now, dish out that flavorful mutton curry into one half of the bread loaf and use the slices to dip and scoop like there's no tomorrow.
Pro Tip:Ā The best part? Leave the crust of the bread till tomorrow. The sauce seeps into it overnight, creating a crunchy, flavor-packed crust that's worth the wait. Trust me, it's the stuff dreams are made of!
Made 2 bunny chows and still had leftovers for hubby to enjoy tomorrow. (I didn't eat even half, so I also have some delicious leftovers to soak into the bread crust!)
