Ingredients
1 roll ready-made puff pastry, thawed
100–150 g sliced ham
1–1½ cups grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella or a blend)

Extra grated cheese, for topping
Method
Preheat the oven to 200 °C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Unroll the puff pastry onto a clean surface.
Layer the ham evenly over the pastry, followed by the grated cheese.
Spoon the Cowboy Candy over the filling, spreading it evenly for balanced flavour in every bite.
Roll the pastry up tightly from one long side to form a log.
Slice into wheels about 2–3 cm thick.
Place the wheels cut-side up on the prepared tray and sprinkle with extra cheese.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until puffed, golden and bubbling.
Serving Tips
Serve warm as part of a snack platter or with a fresh green salad.
For extra indulgence, brush the pastry lightly with melted butter before baking.
