Eisbein with beer

2 Eisbeins, Season with salt and pepper. 2 garlic cloves, 50 m olive oil, 3 sliced ​​onions 1 can of beer. Oven 160 degrees C.

-Season the meat. -Pour oil into casserole, pack the onions and garlic in the bowl with the oil. -Pour in the beer. -Add the meat to the casserole. -Bake for 3 hours with the lid on. -Pour the beer mixture over the meat every 30 minutes. -Remove the lid, paint jam over and bake for another 15 minutes.

Served with mustard and mashed potato, pumpkin and creamed spinach or chips and onion rings with small salads.
