Spicy Nachos Recipe

These spicy nachos are a perfect blend of crunchy, cheesy, and fiery flavors. Loaded with zesty salsa, jalapeños, and melted cheese, they're an irresistible snack for any occasion. Whether you're hosting a game night or just craving a spicy treat, these nachos will surely satisfy your taste buds!




Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of tortilla chips

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños

  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives

  • 1/4 cup diced red onions

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup salsa

  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions

  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning

  • Hot sauce (to taste)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C.

  2. Spread the tortilla chips in a single layer on a baking sheet.

  3. In a small bowl, mix together the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese.

  4. Sprinkle half of the cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla chips.

  5. Layer the diced jalapeños, tomatoes, black olives, and red onions over the cheese.

  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheese mixture on top of the vegetables.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

  9. Drizzle sour cream and salsa over the nachos.

  10. Garnish with chopped cilantro, green onions, and hot sauce, if desired.

  11. Serve immediately and enjoy the spicy goodness!
